approval of projects.
To establish joint ventures and cooperative enterprises,
the following documents are to be presented to the governmental
approving authorities:
a. Report of application.
b. Letter of intent.
c. Project feasibility investigation report.
d. Position papers from the departments of power supply,
environmental protection ,fire fighting and land administration.
e. A copy of the License of Business Registration of the
Chinese party.
f. A copy of the Certificate of Commercial Registration
of the foreign party.
g. The certificates of legal representatives of the both
parties.
h. The approval of the name to of the enterprise by the
industrial and commercial registration department.
i. The list of the directorate.
j. Letter of attorney for the members of the directorate
by both parties.
k. A copies of I.D. Cards of the members of the directorate.
l. The certificate of financial credit of the foreign party.
m. The certificate of the fund resource of the Chinese party.
n. The contract and the constitution of the company.
o. The code number of the enterprise.
p. The list of equipment to be introduced.
To establish solely foreign invested enterprises, the
following documents and materials should be presented to
the governmental approving authorities:
a. Report of application.
b. Project feasibility investigation report.
c. The <Application form for the establishment of solely
foreign invested enterprises in China>.
d. The constitution of the company.
e. The list of the directorate and the letter of attorney.
f. A copies of the I.D. Cards of the members of the directorate.
g. Position reports from the departments of power supply,
environmental protection, fire fighting and land administration.
h. The certificate of financial credit of the investor.
i. The approval of the name of the enterprise by the industrial
and commercial administration department.
j. The renting agreement of land or workshop.
k. The certificate of the legal representative of the foreign
company.
l. A copy of the Certificate of Commercial Registration.
m. The code number of the enterprise.
n. The list of equipment to be introduced.
To apply for the establishment of processing and
assembling enterprises, the following documents and materials
should be presented to the authority department of the
government:
a. Application form for the approval of the contract of
processing trade.
b. The certificate of approval of the contract of procession
trade.
c. The contract of processing and assembling trade.
d. The opinion on the conditions of the processing enterprise
by the superior department.
e. A copy of the License of Business Registration of the
processing enterprise.
f. The position paper from the department of environment
protection.
Documents and materials to be presented to authority
departments when applying for compensation trade enterprises:
a. Project suggestion and feasibility investigation report.
b. Applying report from the superior department of the
enterprise.
c. The certificate of financial credit of the foreign
party.
d. The certificate of the fund resource of the Chinese
party.
e. The agreement(contract) of compensation trade.
f. The contract of import and export of the equipment.
g. The contract of export of the products.
Documents and materials needed for the acquisition
of the License of Business Registration:
The same as needed for the approval of the project stated
above.
Documents and materials to be presented when applying
for the Certificate of the Code of the Legal Enterprise:
a. The paper of reply by the approving authorities.
b. A copy of the License of Business Registration.(Sealed
with the stamp of the enterprise)
c. A copy of the I.D. Card of the chairman of the board.
d. The detail condition of the enterprise as needed.
Documents and materials needed when applying for
the registration of foreign currency administration:
a. A copy of the Certificate Of The Code Of Legal Enterprises.
b. The paper of reply and the Certificate of Approval
by the approving authority.
c. The feasibility investigation report, the contract
and the constitution of the enterprise.
d. The License of Business Registration issued by the
industrial and commercial administration department.
e. Other materials needed by the Bureau of Foreign Currency
Administration.
Documents and materials needed when opening a banking
account:
a. The 'Notice of Opening Account' and 'The Certificate
of Registration of Foreign Currency'
issued by the Bureau of Foreign Currency Administration.
b. The paper of application for the banking account.
c. A copy of the License of Business Registration.
d. The contract and constitution of the enterprise.
Documents and materials needed when applying for taxation
registration:
a. The Form of Taxation Registration.
b. A copy of the Certificate of the Code of the Legal
Enterprise.
c. A copy of the License of Business Registration.
d. The copies of the contract, the constitution and the
Certificate of Approval.
e. The number of the banking account.
f. A copy of the I.D. Card, passport or other legal certificate
of identity.
g. The certificate of business site.(Copies of the certificate
of house property or the contract of renting)
h. Other materials needed by the taxation department.
Documents and materials needed when applying for customs
registration:
a. The paper of approval of the project.
b. The contract and the constitution of the enterprise.
