Because the electricity supply system of the province
is sufficient and the city has its own power plant of
85 thousand kilowatts, the supply of electricity can meet
the needs of agriculture, industry and civil usage.
By now, the unit price of electricity for large industrial
usage up to 315 kilowatts is 0.79 RMB with another expense
of 9 RMB as the base fee for each kilowatt. For industrial
projects below 315 kilowatts, the unit price will be 0.83
