20-year Old City With 500 Years Of History
Gaoming
has undergone historical changes. Gaoming county was
originally established in 1457
in Ming Dynasty. After liberation in 1949, Gaoming
county amalgamated with Heshan called as Gaohe county.
On December 7, 1981, Gaoming resumed its former organizational
system and managed three districts were in its precincts.
Its government was transferred to Hecheng in 1984.
Gaoming ranked 44 among the top100 counties (cities)
in China (year 2001) for strong economic growth, released
by the National Statistic Bureau in 2003. More, Gaoming
takes 4th place in the country in terms of the ranking
of Development Vitality, which is based on the economic
index of GDP, industry, speed of using foreign funds,
telecommunications and development level of communication.
To get well prepared for future greater development,
Gaoming will spare no effort to create a new and fresh
environment by constructing Large Communication Network.
We believe that with the 100 square kilometer Cangjiang
Industrial Park of nearly as a promoter, Gaoming,
